Mark responded to my initial enquiry to assess the office to provide a quote immediately, and attended our site the same day. Once I confirmed with Mark that I was happy to proceed with the works based on his quote, he arranged a time to carry out the works the same week.

Mark and his team were extremely thorough, and the result when they had finished was that our carpets looked cleaner than when we moved in to the offices last June!

Because I was so impressed with the quality of Aladdin’s work, I booked Mark to shampoo the carpets in my home in Glenmore Park. I now have carpets at home that look like new!!

Apart from the very reasonable prices that Aladdin’s charged, what really impressed me was that on all occasions I dealt with Mark, he was always on-time, arriving on site exactly when he said he would. Again, having dealt with many Commercial Contractors over the years, this is certainly not the common experience I have had in the past.

I desperately needed carpet cleaning for our new place as the master bedroom had a strong dog smell in one corner of the bedroom. Mark kindly fitted us in with an appointment earlier than usual. After the carpet clean our carpet is 100 times better than before and we are no longer troubled by the dog smell and the discolouration of the carpet in the corner has much improved too. Further more a lot of the dirty patches scattered throughout the house has been cleaned. I was very happy with the outcome of the carpet clean and would not hesitate to recommend Mark to friends and family.
